It was a clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Great location.
Continental breakfast was aweful.
Was a pleasant clean place to stay. The location is great. The staff is great.

Slow elevator.
Nice place for a budget stay. Clean and friendly with fridge and ironing board and free wireless in room. Pool. Coffee's always in lobby - nice touch.

The pool was too small to call a pool.
The overall experience was good. This is a great place for business travel. Location is central to most business in crystal lake.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff were all great.
I can't think of anything.
For this trip, my stay was perfect. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable and easy to adjust the heat in the room. It was just what I needed for this stay.
